Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are not accepted as a general practice and are strictly limited to the conditions outlined in this Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is uniquely produced and cannot be restocked, resold, or reassigned once production begins.
This Policy reflects the operational requirements of custom production. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated and production is scheduled specifically for that order. These processes begin promptly and cannot be reversed without incurring losses that cannot be recovered.
Salty Breakers reserves the right to interpret and apply this Return Policy at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable law. Any exception granted shall not establish precedent or waive our right to enforce this Policy in future cases.
Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances. All products are manufactured based on the exact specifications submitted and approved by the customer at checkout. This includes all customization elements such as design, text, size, color, and product selection, which are considered final once an order is confirmed.
Returns will not be accepted for customer-related issues, including incorrect spelling, formatting errors, dissatisfaction with design outcomes, incorrect selections, or changes in preference after delivery. Approval at checkout constitutes confirmation that all details are accurate and accepted.

Eligible defects are limited to production-related issues such as material flaws, printing errors, or incorrect items shipped due to internal error. Minor variations in color, alignment, or material appearance that occur during standard production do not qualify as defects.
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis using submitted documentation and internal records. Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund, with the resolution determined at our sole discretion.
All return requests must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
